Meg Rocks!

Well it came and went. I just forgot to post about it, but I’ll tell you about it now…

So leave it to me to mess graduation up. Ha-ha. I showed up an hour late for practice on the morning of graduation and since they had already placed everyone in line and were comfortable with it, they didn’t want to put me in the line with the “H’s” and screw up everyone else’s places. So they made me walk last in line with two other people. Which also meant that my name was the last to be called. It wasn’t too bad though I laughed about it. I didn’t get too embarrassed until my graduation cap fell off when I hugged my principal. The rest of my walk I was trying to put my cap back on for the pictures. I couldn’t help but feel stupid. It’s okay though if anyone was laughing at me, I didn’t notice.

Regardless it was still an awesome graduation. I highly doubt I’ll ever forget it. =]

So now what? I’m planning on going to the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts this summer… it starts in only 14 days! I’m excited for it but I think I’m stressing myself out with thinking about the cost of school, gas, and my living situation is not good at all, then I start thinking about work and how on earth I will ever have time to see my family or my boyfriend.

I think if i had enough money to make my own living situation better, I would be so much less stressed. I’m also too afraid to ask my mom if I can wait another year before starting, that way I could save up so much more money to get a cheap place thats a lot closer to my school and work. I don’t think she would go for it.

So I will just have to try it out for a little while and see where it takes me.

If you were twelve and you could see yourself now would you be happy or disappointed? And why?

My answer to this question is a definite yes! I am very happy with who I am right now. I’m very proud of myself and my accomplishments. I’m happy with the way I chose to live my life and I can say I am extremely happy that I’ve made the right decisions to keep myself on the right path.

Prom is coming up for me real fast. It’s this Saturday. I bought my dress and I’m so excited my boyfriend Pork is going with me!

I’ll put up pictures when I take them. I can’t wait!

Bad news, I have pink eye. Its really nasty. I can’t stand it. It’s where your eye gets pink and swollen and it itches like crazy. It feels like something is in your eye all day but you cant get it out. Yeah well no worries though. I got medicine and eye drops for it. Today my eye feels better, but it still looks scary. Ha-ha

My brother Josh and his wife Salina got me a brand new radio for my car. I love them, they are the greatest! I had just about everyone over at my house yesterday trying to install my radio and fix my speakers. My brother and his wife and kids came over, along with my boyfriend and his cousin, and my dad helped too. It was so cool. =]

They got it all installed and it sounds amazing! Unfortunately I can’t drive my car around because of my pink eye. I can’t see without my contacts in, and I refuse to wear my glasses… ha-ha.  No problem though, I look forward to being able to drive around with my radio blasting again.

I have some cool news though, I am all applied and registered for college! I have decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts school in Scottsdale. I just have to get financial aid all figured out, and pay for it, then I can go in July. I am so very excited for that! =]

So this past weekend my car was broken into. I was at my brother’s house in Buckeye and I stayed the night over there. When I woke up that morning he was freaking out and they told me to check my car because theirs had been broken into. I went out and I was so angry when I saw that they had ripped out my entire stereo system, and they stole my purse with everything in it. I was so upset. We reported everything to the police and stuff… they found my purse in someones yard with everything but my wallet. So they took my ID and money and junk. Ugh yea, I really hate people who steal from others.

Well the 18th of this month was my four month anniversary with my boyfriend Pork. Yeah baby, you are the best!  *Muahhh*   =]

My best friend Ally is moving into my house with me, which is extremely exciting. Unfortunately the reasons for this are not as exciting, but quite sad. I just want her to know that things will work out somehow, and she and her family are in my prayers. I’ll always be here for you Ally.

Well I just thought I’d let you know about my car being broken into. And to those of you who have had your cars broken into, I’m sorry. I now know how horrible it feels. It’s like someone is invading your personal space. It’s really uncool.  =[

Oh also, I hope you all had a good Valentines Day! Sorry I keep forgetting to update my blog, I’ve got a lot goin on these days.  Tell me some cool V-day stories or something. I’d love to hear about them.

Well I just got back from Colorado and it was a lot of fun! I loved seeing my sister and her kids and her husband all again. Ialready miss them!  I wish I got to see them all more often, it’s always fun. Although I will tell you this much, I don’t miss Colorado’s weather. Haha I am definitely an Arizona girl. It was way too cold for me.

But don’t take me wrong, I’d stand the cold weather any day if it meant seeing my sister.

Hey, so I haven’t been posting as much as I’d like. I’ve been busy with school, but it’s finally fall break! Yay! I’m going out of town for most of it though, I’m flying up to visit my sister in Colorado. I’m pretty excited! I can’t wait to see her again.

I think I’ve finally decided what I want to do after high school, I’m going to go to GCC and become a Paramedic! Maybe my sister can help me apply to GCC while I’m visiting her. It would be nice. I have to start applying to colleges very soon. =/

Yesterday I went to court for my curfew violation. I have sixteen hours of community service. Not too bad I guess. At least I’ll have something to do rather than just sit at home. I’m going to try to do it at a firestation. I think that would be most fun. Haha. Also yesterday was Robyn’s birthday. (my brother’s wife). Hope it was nice!

Happy fourth of July!

So this is my first blog post and I’m trying to figure everything out about it. Joel can help me later maybe. Oh thank you Joel for setting up my website and helping me with everything. I appreciate it so much, love ya brother. I will miss you when you move on Monday.

Crazy thing happened today, a drunk guy almost hit me in the parking lot at Fry’s grocery store. Ha I guess they mean it when they say be careful on the holidays.
